Our website is hosted by Shopify Inc (150 Elgin Street, 8th Floor, Ottawa, Ontario, K2P 1L4, Canada).

In order to optimize and maintain our website, we log technical errors that may occur when you visit our website. Furthermore, when you use this website, information is automatically collected that your device's browser transmits to our host provider. This information is

Marry Jane may process the following categories of personal data. Marry Jane does not process more personal data than necessary.

Marry Jane processes customer data. This includes the following in particular:

-Master and inventory data (e.g. name, address, date of birth, telephone number, gender, information on completed transactions, bank details)

-Marketing data (e.g. needs, wishes, preferences, information about participation in surveys, competitions and events)

-Technical data (e.g. internal and external identifiers, business numbers, IP addresses, records of access or changes, e-mail addresses)

-Usage data from social network plugins such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, LinkedIn etc. (see also section 16 below). This usage data forms the basis for statistical, anonymous evaluations so that trends can be identified, which Marry Jane can use to improve its offers accordingly.

-Marry Jane may also collect information from third-party providers in order to identify potential customers who may be interested in cannabis, medical cannabis, cannabis accessories or other cannabis/hemp products.

Marry Jane processes supplier data. By this we mean the following in particular:

We use an analytics service to measure the reach of our newsletter. We measure how often the newsletter is opened and which links the recipient follows. Insofar as the GDPR is applicable, the basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
