    Shipping Policy

    Processing Time

    • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after funds are received in the bank account (excluding weekends and holidays).
    • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days.

    Shipping Regions

    • We currently ship only within Switzerland.

    Shipping Methods & Costs

    • We use Swiss Post for delivery.
    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
    • Estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days.
    • We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

    Order Changes & Cancellations

    • Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Please double-check your details before confirming your purchase.

    Order Tracking

    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email without tracking number.

    Incorrect Shipping Address

    • If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the order is returned to us, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

    Lost or Damaged Shipments

    • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at webshop-ch@marryjane.com within 7 days of delivery.
    • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

    • All prices include Swiss VAT where applicable.
