Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return period, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it - unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. We also require the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Please note that if you are not resident in Switzerland, it may take longer than expected to ship your goods.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered so that we can assess and resolve the problem.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, or plants), special orders (e.g. custom-made or personalized items) and hygiene products (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a particular item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return has been accepted, you can order the new item separately.

Three-day withdrawal period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if goods are delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without giving any reason. As described above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it - unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. We also require the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return to let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
